Description
The cult classic. A sticky, buttery, salty-sweet custard filling — egg yolks, milk, sugar and a lot of butter — baked just until set in a hearty oat-cookie crust. Milk Bar's signature since day one.
10" pie, serves 8–10. Net weight 1.27 lb (576 g). Ships frozen. Keeps 7 days refrigerated or up to 1 month frozen. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Ingredients: Butter (cream, natural flavors), sugar, brown sugar, heavy cream, egg yolks, 100% whole grain oats, wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, degermed yellow corn flour, instant nonfat dry milk (nonfat milk, vitamins A & D added), confectioner's sugar (sugar, corn starch), salt, natural flavor, baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda.
