Our Pumpkin Spice Smith Island Cake is made from scratch, and features layers of moist Pumpkin Spice Cake, and our Housemade Buttercream Frosting. The cake is approximately 9" in diameter, 3.5" tall, weighs 5 lbs., and yields 14–16 slices.

Ingredients: Pumpkin, Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Confectioner's Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Granulated Sugar, Canola Oil, Whole Eggs, Evaporated Milk, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger, Baking Powder, Pure Vanilla Extract, Salt

Storage: Store frozen until you are ready to thaw and enjoy.
Thawing: Unwrap and thaw covered, at room temperature (NOT in the refrigerator), for 1–2 hours per pound of cake.
Serving: Serve at room temperature, or slightly warmed (about 5 seconds in the microwave), with whipped cream, ice cream, berries, nuts, or your favorite garnish.
After serving: Store covered or refrigerated for up to 2 days, or wrap well before refreezing.
