Description
Previously featured in the Neiman Marcus Holiday Catalog — the most elegant Caramel Cake on the planet. Our Caramel Cake is made from scratch, and features moist Yellow Cake with a creamy Caramel Midfill, finished on the top and sides with a light, fluffy Caramel-Infused Vanilla Buttercream. The cake is approximately 9" in diameter, 3.5" tall, weighs 5 lbs., and yields 14–16 slices.
Ingredients: Granulated Sugar, Whole Milk, Cake Flour, Heavy Cream, Whole Eggs, Butter, Light Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Brown Sugar, Water, Corn Starch, Baking Soda, Salt, Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, Baking Powder
